"Eve Carson, UNC Student, Asked Her Alleged Killer To Pray With Her, Witness Says.University of North Carolina student Eve Carson allegedly pleaded for her life and asked her captors to pray with her before she was killed.

A witness testifying in the murder trial of Laurence Alvin Lovette Jr. has made a startling claim about the victim's last moments.

Raleigh local station WRAL reports that Jayson McNeil testified Lovette told him that University of North Carolina student Eve Carson asked him to pray with her before she was murdered.

"Before (Lovette) even shot her, he explained, she was saying, 'Let's pray,'" McNeil said, according to WRAL. "She wanted them to pray together."

In March 2008, prosecutors say that Lovette and Demario Atwater kidnapped Carson, drove her to various ATMs to withdraw money and then shot her five times, killing the former student body president, according to WRAL.

Atwater pleaded guilty last year to crimes connected to the killing and is currently serving two life sentences. ABC reports that Carson's body was found in the middle of a Chapel Hill street the same day she was murdered.

Lovette is also accused of killing Abhijit Mahato, a Duke University student whose body was found in his apartment, according to CBS News. A judge has ruled that evidence from that case can be used in the Carson trial, according to the Herald Sun."

please allow me to unequivocally speculate whether it was really worth it
before the liberal prognosticators rewrite history once again since none of us know what will happen 5 minutes from now;
"there is a pretty good bet that if George W. Bush hadn’t taken the fight back to the far off Middle East,
that Chicago or LA, or even New York or Washington would most assuredly once again have fallen prey to “Non-friends of America."

Those would be the “radical Islamic terrorists” that our current brave President doesn’t want uttered in polite conversation, nor routinely defined as in real conversation for that matter,

and the some 30,000 volunteer wounded and 4487 American peacekeepers who donated and sacrificed their very own lives to insure and protect not hundreds but thousands of their fellow American citizens and non-American visitors from certain death since 9/11,
would in fact never happen again.

Now how much would you speculate that could have cost our nation to survive the repeat?

.....Oh, I’d bet a bit more than the $800+ billion dollars invested over 10 years that George W. Bush was responsible for,
or the similar amount
that Barack Hussein Obama blew in one afternoon on his non-stimulus Stimulus with the stroke of his non-representative executive pen!
